After several years working in different countries of America and Europe, the famous Italian chef Alfredo Gelso brings back all the flavor of the cuisine of his Sicilian land.

Alfredo, born in Catania, with a long professional career and who has been in Spain for more than ten years, offers in this new space a wide repertoire of recipes from his Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine.

In this new project he works creating a fusion cuisine in which the best of the Mediterranean riverside and island cultures come together. Alfredo focuses primarily on the market and seasonal produce. That is why the chef sings to the clients a long list of recommendations of the day that is probably one of the most outstanding elements of La Norma. As a good Sicilian, he works very well with fish in its widest variety including delicious carpaccios and tartares. Of course, Alfredo dominates pasta, homemade, quality and always al dente with an original touch so as not to leave indifferent to varied palates. Finally, it is also worth highlighting his fusion dishes in which he combines vegetables with meat or fish that make his work a benchmark of Mediterranean cuisine. All this done in an artisanal way,

La Norma has a main room and a private room designed for all kinds of events. The place also has a long bar at the entrance where you can sample all the house antipasti along with a wide variety of Italian wines and cheeses.
